Locum Pediatric Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Northern New Jersey
Provide inpatient care to pediatric surgical patients at a respected hospital in Northern New Jersey. This locum assignment offers a strong inpatient focus, flexible consideration for experienced pediatric ICU APPs, and paid travel so you can concentrate on delivering exceptional patient care.
Why This Assignment
- Dates: September/October 2026 start for a 6-month assignment
- Schedule: 12-hour in-house shifts
- Provide inpatient rounding and floor management for the pediatric surgery service
- Opportunity for OR first assist responsibilities based on experience
- Epic EMR
- Travel: Paid travel and expenses
- Credentialing in approximately 60 days
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- MSN or Master’s degree required
- PA-C or PNP, FNP, CPNP-AC certification
- Active New Jersey Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
- Must have pediatric ICU experience with inpatient rounding and post-operative care
- Pediatric surgery experience preferred; a plus but not required
- Experience with Epic preferred
