Locum Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Central Georgia / Inpatient GI NP or GI PA
Provide focused inpatient gastroenterology care at a Level I Trauma Center in Central Georgia. This ongoing locum assignment offers daytime hours, no call, a dedicated APP team, and paid travel so you can focus on delivering excellent GI care.
Why This Assignment
- Dates: 10/1/2026 – Ongoing
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts; no call
- Inpatient Gastroenterology setting – rounding on assigned patients
- Work alongside 3 APPs and 1 RN
- Level I Trauma Center
- Epic EMR
- Temporary privileges available
- Travel: Full paid travel and expenses
- Area Info: Macon is 90 minutes south of Atlanta
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- MSN or Master’s degree required
- FNP, AGACNP, ACNP, or PA-C certification
- Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Gastroenterology experience
- ABLS certification required
