Locum Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Central Massachusetts / PACT Program Psychiatric APP
Community-based behavioral health team serving individuals with serious mental illness through an innovative PACT program. This flexible locum opportunity offers meaningful patient relationships, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the chance to provide care where it matters most—in the community.

- Assignment Dates: Ongoing contract opportunity
- Schedule: 24 hours per week across 4–5 days
- Competitive compensation of $110–$115/hour
- Provide psychiatric assessments, medication management, and ongoing treatment
- Serve high-acuity adults with psychotic disorders and serious mental illness
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary PACT team and Medical Director
- Shared caseload of approximately 80 clients
- Weekly patient volume varies based on acuity and treatment needs
- Deliver care in community settings and outpatient office environments
- EMR: CareLogic
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- MSN, Master’s degree, or higher from an accredited program, or graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Board-certified PMHNP or PA-C
- Massachusetts NP or PA license
- Active DEA and CSR required
- Psychiatric care experience
- Comfortable working with high-acuity patients in community-based treatment settings
