This onsite leadership role blends advanced healthcare analytics, service line profitability, forecasting, and executive collaboration to directly influence operational and patient care outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage healthcare cost accounting and decision support systems
- Publish monthly service line and physician practice P&Ls
- Develop ROI, NPV, IRR, and feasibility models using STRATA
- Support rolling forecasts, budgeting, and productivity analytics
- Present profitability insights and improvement strategies to leadership
- Oversee audit, reimbursement, FEMA, GME, and external agency reporting
- Lead ad hoc reporting, software implementations, and forecasting initiatives
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of healthcare finance, budgeting, or decision support experience
- Strong STRATA Jazz software expertise
- Experience with hospital reimbursement, service line analytics, or forecasting
- MBA, MHA, or healthcare finance certifications preferred
Area info: Capital of the state filled with rich history. College town, with a wide variety of shopping, restaurants. Located 2 hours south of Philadelphia and 2 hours east of Baltimore. There’s Silver Lake where you can go boating and fishing. Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge is nearby. The city has plenty of jogging/walking trails, bird watching, canoeing and kayaking.
