Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Northeastern Massachusetts / ER NP, Emergency Medicine PA
Join a collaborative Emergency Department where you’ll deliver high-quality patient care in a well-supported setting just outside Boston. This locum assignment combines schedule flexibility, a manageable department size, and a coastal New England location filled with history, waterfront activities, and outstanding dining.
Why This Assignment
- Assignment Dates: Ongoing locum opportunity
- Schedule: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., 11:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m., or 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.
- Practice in a 20-bed Emergency Department with 16 main treatment beds and 4 fast-track beds
- Work in a department that stabilizes and transfers higher-acuity cases, including STEMI, trauma, select neurology and stroke cases, neurosurgery, pediatrics, and tertiary ICU patients
- Utilize Epic EMR
- Travel: Paid mileage and hotel accommodations provided
- Spend your time off exploring a charming waterfront community known for its boutiques, restaurants, maritime history, kayaking, and colonial architecture
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- MSN or Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- FNP or ENP or PA-C with at least 1 years of ER experience
- Massachusetts NP or PA license is required
- Experience using Epic EMR
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Emergency Medicine environment
