Locum Outpatient APP – Central Maine / Locum Primary Care NP or PA
Join a welcoming outpatient team in beautiful central Maine, providing broad-scope primary care for adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. This weekday assignment offers steady volume, EPIC, and comfortable dedicated locums housing.
Why This Assignment
- Assignment dates: 8/17 – 12/31/2026
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- Outpatient primary care setting
- See 18–22 patients per day
- Patient mix: 65% adult, 29% geriatric, 6% pediatric
- EPIC EMR
- Provide well women care, employment physicals, workers comp/disability exams, interpret X-rays and EKGs
- Travel: Fully furnished local apartment with kitchen, washer, and dryer provided
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Maine NP/PA license preferred
- BLS and ACLS required
- Comfortable treating infants through geriatrics, outpatient care, psychiatric concerns, musculoskeletal issues, and orthopedics
- Able to manage visits independently
