- Highly autonomous role with a broad scope of practice – be the only provider.
- Conduct pre-employment health assessments, managing work-related injuries and exposures, coordinating follow-up care and referrals, and performing fitness-for-duty evaluations as well as regular employee health check-ups.

About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- At least 2 years of NP experience seeing adult patients
- Experience in occupational or employee health preferred
- Comfortable working as the only provider
- MSN, Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed NP in Massachusetts with DEA and prescriptive authority
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and exposures, conduct return to work evaluations
- Perform physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and develop care plans
- Manage pre-employment screenings, injury follow-ups, and fitness-for-duty evaluations
- Provide education, counseling, and referrals for injury prevention and wellness
