Neonatal APP – Locum Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or NICU Physician Assistant – 24-Hour Shifts

High-acuity neonatal care 30 minutes north of Dallas. Join a dynamic, multi-site NICU locum team, delivering essential care to newborns in both Level II and Level III NICUs.

About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- NNP-BC by NCC or Neonatal PA fellowship-trained with at least 2 years’ NICU APP experience
- Texas licensed and have current NRP, BLS, and DEA licenses
- Must provide case logs for neonatal procedures from the past 12–18 months
- Willing and able to credential at 7 locations across the DFW metroplex
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide 24-hour NICU coverage, including rounding, delivery attendance, and newborn resuscitation
- Manage census of 4–20 NICU patients and 4–18 newborns, depending on location
- Perform critical neonatal procedures: intubation, umbilical line placement, thoracentesis, etc.
- Work independently with neonatologist support as needed
- Rotate across multiple hospital campuses including Plano, McKinney, Frisco, and more
