About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- At least 2 years of NP experience in Urgent Care, Sports Medicine, or ER; prior occupational health experience preferred
- Comfortable working as the only provider
- MSN, Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed NP in Massachusetts with DEA and prescriptive authority
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and develop care plans
- Manage pre-employment screenings, injury follow-ups, and fitness-for-duty evaluations
- Provide education, counseling, and referrals for injury prevention and wellness
- Document patient encounters and communicate care plans with multidisciplinary teams
- Act as a clinical leader and resource for occupational health protocols and compliance
