Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
Caring for the tiniest and most vulnerable patients requires skill, dedication, and a compassionate heart. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), you will play a crucial role in a Level III NICU in Honolulu, HI, providing life-saving care to normal-to-high-risk infants. Join a team of dedicated providers who treat every newborn like family, in one of only two hospitals in Hawaii where both mom and baby can stay together even if they need ICU care.

About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- MSN, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and NNP certified
- Two years of neonatal experience.
- Must be able to work overnight shifts and provide on-call NICU coverage.
- Experience working with micro-preemies is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced NICU environment.
- Hawaii licensed or able to obtain before start
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assess, diagnose, and treat newborns, including premature and high-risk infants.
- Perform critical procedures: neonatal resuscitation, intubation, catheterization, sepsis workups, and more.
- Develop and implement neonatal care plans, prescribe treatments, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with neonatologists and a multidisciplinary team to provide the highest level of care.
- Provide compassionate support to families during a critical time in their newborn’s life.
