What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations of a large oncology / infusion unit.
- Managing budgets, staffing, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to enhance patient care.
- Leading and mentoring nursing staff to ensure continued professional development.
- Driving quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing management/leadership experience.
- Previous oncology is required.
- Current/Active California RN license, BLS certification.
- BSN, Master’s preferred
- Infusion floor, Outpatient care experience
