About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Pharmacy or PharmD and be a Registered Pharmacist licensed in New York State (NYS).
- At least 2 years of inpatient Hospital Pharmacy experience.
- Committed to excellence in pharmaceutical services and patient care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and dispensing prescriptions for inpatient and outpatient clients while adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Reviewing and interpreting physician orders to ensure accurate medication and dosage.
- Educating patients and healthcare providers about drug interactions, side effects, and proper usage.
Area Info: City is located on the north-western shore of Lake Champlain, near Adirondack Park. It’s 2.5 hours north of Albany, and a little over an hour south of Montreal, Canada. City beach on the lake. You can go fishing, boating, water skiing and more. Rivers and streams for kayaking and hiking and biking on trails. There’s a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife. And a international airport. Vermont is easily visited via ferry across Lake Champlain – Burlington (about 1 hour including ferry).
