Great opportunity for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner seeking a position with an established, vibrant satellite practice affiliate with the community hospital. The city is located at the base of the Grand Monadnock Mountain and has 3 lakes and a beautiful countryside. It offers small town living with larger metro areas nearby.

About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- MSN, Family Nurse Practitioner with FNP certification.
- You will need at least 3+ years of experience in family medicine or primary care.
- MA license, BLS
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that meets patient and community needs.
- Providing high-quality primary care services to a patient census of up to 18 per day.
- Managing patient care within an established hospital practice
- Collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
