What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver comprehensive inpatient care for 18-22 patients per shift
- Handle 5-10 daily admissions during 12-hour shifts (day, swing, or night options)
- Collaborate with a full-support staff in a 280-bed facility
- Maintain high standards of care without ICU responsibilities or procedural tasks
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Must be Florida licensed
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 1+ years of inpatient/hospitalist experience
- Proficient in managing inpatient volumes in a team-oriented environment
- Able to begin immediately with emergency credentialing available
- Prior experience in inpatient settings
- DEA, BLS, ACLS
