Our client, a thriving Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in northeastern North Carolina, is seeking a BC OB/GYN to join their dedicated team. You’ll practice at a state-of-the-art women’s health center located conveniently next to the hospital and enjoy a diverse patient base, a collaborative team, and the opportunity to impact an underserved community.

About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Board Certified with required BLS and NRP certifications.
- Passionate about serving underserved communities and committed to rural practice.
- Experience with EMR systems (eCW or Epic) is a plus.
- A team player with excellent judgment, communication, and a desire to make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing comprehensive OB/GYN care, including outpatient clinic, surgeries, and hospital call.
- Delivering babies and performing GYN procedures at a local hospital with a well-equipped birthing center.
- Collaborating with internal and external providers for patient referrals and care coordination.
- Using eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR in the clinic and Epic EMR in the hospital.
Area info: A charming city located in northern Halifax County, 55 miles north of Rocky Mount and 100 miles east of Raleigh and about 2 hours to Virginia Beach and Norfolk. It boasts many choices for outdoor activities, including excellent hiking through Canal Trail or fishing and kayaking on the Roanoke River.
