What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, in a supportive team-based environment.
• Developing and managing your patient panel based on your scope of practice and certification.
• Collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and behavioral health professionals in an integrated care model.
• Pursuing opportunities in addiction medicine with organizational support for certification if desired.

About You:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Maine Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant or able to obtain
• Nurse Practitioner certified in Family or Adult Medicine or Physician Assistant/PA-C.
• Experienced in outpatient primary care with a commitment to serving rural populations.
• Interested in working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
• Optional: Interest in addiction medicine certification.
