What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing outpatient primary care for patients of all ages in a modern, well-equipped facility.
- Developing and managing your own patient panel over time.
- Collaborating with a diverse team of 25+ clinical professionals, including specialists in dental care, mental health, podiatry, chiropractic services, and more.
- Practicing in a facility with fully integrated electronic medical records and on-site lab, imaging, and pharmacy services.
About You:
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Certified FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner or PA-C/Physician Assistant.
- Passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
- Eager to work in a supportive, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.
