Pharmacist Specialist – Emergency Medicine

What You’ll Be Doing
- Cover emergency medicine with decentralized pharmacy support.
- Participate in ACLS codes (preferred) and oversee IV/compounding processes.
- Manage Vanco AUC dosing and other specialized hospital pharmacy functions.
- EPIC, Lexicomp, and Baxter IQ. Omnicell, Central pharm robot, and carousel, Omnicell XT cabinets.
- Collaborate with clinical managers and staff pharmacy techs.
- Maintain holiday and weekend coverage as part of a rotational schedule.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Hold an AZ pharmacist license and a Bachelor’s or PharmD degree.
- 2+ years of true hospital pharmacy experience (250 census or similar).
- Have experience with Vanco AUC dosing and advanced EHR systems like EPIC.
- PGY1 experience is a plus!
