About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Hold an AZ pharmacist license and a Bachelor’s or PharmD degree.
• 2+ years of true hospital pharmacy experience (250 census or similar).
• Compounding experience, IV
• Have experience with Vanco AUC dosing and advanced EHR systems like EPIC.
• PGY1 experience is a plus!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage Vanco AUC dosing and other specialized hospital pharmacy functions.
• EPIC, Lexicomp, and Baxter IQ. Omnicell, Central pharm robot, and carousel, Omnicell XT cabinets.
• Collaborate with clinical managers and staff pharmacy techs.
