What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive medication safety and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives
- Manage smart infusion pump drug libraries
- Oversee EHR medication content and clinical decision support
- Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, providers, and nursing to optimize medication use
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- PharmD from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy school
- Current Colorado pharmacist license
- 3–5+ years of hospital pharmacy experience required; no retail-only backgrounds
- Experience with antimicrobial stewardship, medication safety, and clinical pharmacy services
- Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate or equivalent training required on or after hire
