What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop, implement, and standardize clinical workflows
- Manage and mentor pharmacists, interns, and pharmacy technicians
- Oversee operational/project budgets and medication supply trends
- Partner with hospital, physician, and pharmacy leadership to improve patient care
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- PharmD or equivalent; Washington Pharmacist license at hire and NPI required
- 5+ years of acute-care inpatient pharmacist experience including inpatient pharmacy operations (ICU and ER background required)
- 3+ years leading direct reports with hiring/termination responsibility
- 2+ years managing operational/project budgets
- Experience developing clinical workflows with multidisciplinary hospital teams
