What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop radiation treatment plans that deliver prescribed doses
- Coordinate simulations, CT scans, contours, localization, and port films
- Perform dosage calculations and document treatment plans
- Supervise therapists in implementing treatment plans
- Assist with brachytherapy procedures, beam modifiers, radiation surveys, and radioactive source maintenance
- Provide technical support to the Radiation Physicist
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) credential required
- Three years of dosimetry experience
- Experience with radiation treatment planning, simulations, and brachytherapy procedures
