Locum Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner – North-Central Arizona / Hospice & Palliative Care NP
65 miles southeast of Sedona and 100 miles north of Phoenix
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care for a primarily geriatric population in a supportive hospital setting. This locum assignment offers a collaborative team, manageable daily volume, and paid travel so you can focus on improving quality of life for your patients.
Why This Assignment
- Dates: 9/1/2026 – 3/31/2027
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Care for approximately 10 admissions per day
- Provide chronic disease management, preventive care, assessments, medication management, and care coordination
- Primarily geriatric patient population
- Work alongside dedicated MA and RN support staff
- Cerner EMR
- Travel: Paid travel and expenses
- Spend your time off exploring an Old Western downtown, hiking scenic forest trails, or fishing in nearby mountain lakes
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- MSN or Master’s degree required, Nurse Practitioner
- Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
- Experience in Hospice and Palliative Care
- Experience with Cerner preferred
