What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide outpatient pediatric primary care for infants, children, and adolescents
- Perform well-child visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, and health education
- Evaluate and manage common pediatric illnesses and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with integrated behavioral health and multidisciplinary care teams
- Participate in coordinated care within a patient-centered medical home model
About You
