Thriving nonprofit FQHC behavioral health program 45 minutes north of Bangor is offering a hybrid opportunity to an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in a collaborative team environment focused on improving long-term outcomes for patients.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management
- Deliver care through a combination of onsite visits and telehealth appointments
- Collaborate closely with primary care providers and behavioral health clinicians
- Participate in an integrated care model supporting whole-person treatment
- Develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Serve patients across the lifespan in a community-focused setting
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner / PMHNP certification
- Active Maine NP license or ability to obtain
- Experience providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management
- Comfortable working in an integrated behavioral health setting
- Strong collaborative and patient-centered communication skills
